What happens when you request deletion

When we receive a valid request:

• We delete any account and associated data we hold about you from our servers, within a maximum of 30 days.
• We delete saved mixes, presets and configurations linked to your account.
• We delete support emails you have sent and any data you provided to us by email.
• We only keep the minimum records required by law (for example, accounting for any purchase you made) for the applicable legal period, isolated from any other use.

Data we delete

Among others:

• Account identifiers and credentials.
• Preferences, saved mixes and synced presets.
• Email addresses you have sent to us in support.
• Usage events and metrics tied to your identifier.

Data we keep (legal requirements only)

In some cases we are required to keep certain data even when you request deletion:

• Invoices and payment records, for the legal period applicable in your country.
• Anti-fraud and security records, for the period needed to defend legitimate legal obligations.

How to request deletion

Send us an email to hola@lumneris.com with:

• Subject: «Delete account».
• The email address associated with your account, if you have one.
• The username or alias you signed up with, if you remember it.
• A sentence from inside the app, if you have it open, so we can verify the request comes from you.

We will reply within a maximum of 30 days confirming the deletion or asking for additional information if we cannot identify you unambiguously.
