Privacy policy

This policy describes what data Lumneris collects, for what purposes, and how you control it. It is written to comply with Google Play (User Data policy) and the App Store (Apple Guidelines 5.1.1 and 5.1.2).
1. Data controller
Lumneris ("we", "the app") is developed by Carlos Aguirre as an independent app. For any data-related matter, write to hola@lumneris.com.
2. Data we collect
Lumneris does not require an account and does not ask for personal information to use the app. The data we process is:
- Selected sounds and per-layer volumes, stored only on your device.
- Minimal technical events (errors and crash metrics), if you have enabled crash reporting on your operating system.
- If you choose to email us, we process the data you send (your address and the message content) to reply.
3. Data we do NOT collect
To be explicit:
- We do not collect your name, email, phone or advertising identifiers.
- We do not use IDFA or GAID and we do not serve personalised ads.
- We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for advertising purposes.
- We do not display third-party content for profiling purposes.
4. Purpose and legal basis
We process the data described to (a) play the sounds you activate, (b) remember your mix between sessions, (c) diagnose technical errors, and (d) reply to your queries when you email us. The legal basis is the performance of the service you request by using the app and, where applicable, your consent.
5. Storage and international transfers
Your mix lives on your device's local storage. If we add cross-device sync in the future, we will inform you beforehand and ask for explicit consent. We do not transfer data outside the country/region where it was generated.
6. Children
Lumneris is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you are a parent/guardian and believe a child has provided data to us, write to hola@lumneris.com to delete it.
7. Purchases and payments
If we add in-app purchases in the future, payments are handled by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store). We never receive your full card details — only a purchase confirmation, with no financial information.
8. Device permissions
Lumneris does not request invasive permissions. If we add background playback, we will request only the strictly necessary permissions (background audio) and tell you in-app. You can revoke them at any time in your system settings.
9. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability at any time by writing to hola@lumneris.com. We will reply within a maximum of 30 days. If you reside in the EEA or the UK, you may also file a complaint with your local data protection authority.

10. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures (HTTPS, in-transit encryption, least-privilege data access) to protect information. However, no system is 100% secure; if you find a vulnerability, write to hola@lumneris.com so we can coordinate before disclosure.
11. Changes to this policy
If we change anything material, we will notify you in-app and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes will never apply retroactively without your consent if they broaden the data we process.
